아이의 『용기를 길러 주는』 14가지 말..

1. 어디 한번 해 볼까? (마음을 강하게 하라 담대히 하라 너는 이 백성으로 내가 그 조상에게 맹세하여 주리라 한 땅을 얻게 하리라... 내가 네게 명한 것이 아니냐 마음을 강하게 하고 담대히 하라 두려워 말며 놀라지 말라 네가 어디로 가든지 네 하나님 여호와가 너와 함께 하느니라 하시니라. Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them... Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.)
2. 이런 일도 할 수 있구나! (내게 능력 주시는 자 안에서 내가 모든 것을 할 수 있느니라. I can do all this through him who gives me strength. 무릇 사람의 할 수 없는 것을 하나님은 하실 수 있느니라. "What is impossible with man is possible with God." )
3. 마지막 결정은 스스로 하렴! (또 새 영을 너희 속에 두고 새 마음을 너희에게 주되 너희 육신에서 굳은 마음을 제하고 부드러운 마음을 줄 것이며또 내 신을 너희 속에 두어 너희로 내 율례를 행하게 하리니 너희가 내 규례를 지켜 행할지라. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. 무릇 지킬 만한 것보다 더욱 네 마음을 지키라 생명의 근원이 이에서 남이니라. Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. 너의 행사를 여호와께 맡기라 그리하면 너의 경영하는 것이 이루리라. Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.)
4. 실패했으면 다시 하면 돼 (하나님이 우리에게 주신 것은 두려워하는 마음이 아니요 오직 능력과 사랑과 근신하는 마음이니 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.. 너는 갑작스러운 두려움도 악인에게 닥치는 멸망도 두려워하지 말라 . Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, 가라사대 너희를 위로하는 자는 나여늘 나여늘 너는 어떠한 자이기에 죽을 사람을 두려워하며 풀같이 될 인자를 두려워하느냐. "I, even I, am he who comforts you. Who are you that you fear mortal men, the sons of men, who are but grass)
5.  무슨 일이든 최선을 다하자.(무슨 일을 하든지 마음을 다하여 주께 하듯하고 사람에게 하듯하지 말라. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men,. 무릇 그/히스기야 행하는 모든 일 곧 하나님의 전에 수종드는 일에나 율법에나 계명에나 그 하나님을 구하고 일심으로 행하여 형통하였더라. In everything that he undertook in the service of God's temple and in obedience to the law and the commands, he sought his God and worked wholeheartedly. And so he prospered.)
6. 엄마(아빠)는 언제나 네 편이란다.(하나님은 언제나 네 편이란다!! 여호와는 나의 반석이시요 나의 요새시요 나를 건지시는 자시요 나의 하나님이시요 나의 피할 바위시요 나의 방패시요 나의 구원의 뿔이시요 나의 산성이시로다. The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. 네가 내 아들이라 오늘날 내가 너를 낳았다. "You are my Son; today I have become your Father"? . 너희가 아들인고로 하나님이 그 아들의 영을 우리 마음 가운데 보내사 아바 아버지라 부르게 하셨느니라. Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, "Abba, Father.)
7. 싸우지 않으면 안 될 때도 있단다.(다윗이 블레셋 사람에게 이르되 너는 칼과 창과 단창으로 내게 오거니와 나는 만군의 여호와의 이름 곧 네가 모욕하는 이스라엘 군대의 하나님의 이름으로 네게 가노라. "You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 우리의 씨름은 혈과 육에 대한 것이 아니요 정사와 권세와 이 어두움의 세상 주관자들과 하늘에 있는 악의 영들에게 대함이라. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 그러므로 하나님의 전신갑주를 취하라 이는 악한 날에 너희가 능히 대적하고 모든 일을 행한 후에 서기 위함이라. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.)
8. 모든 것이 호박이라고 생각해 보렴! (여호와께서 너희에게 말씀하시기를 이 큰 무리로 인하여 두려워하거나 놀라지 말라 이 전쟁이 너희에게 속한 것이 아니요 하나님께 속한 것이니라. This is what the LORD says to you: 'Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God's. 이르시기를 너희는 가만히 있어 내가 하나님 됨을 알찌어다. Be still, and know that I am God.나는 네 하나님 여호와라 바다를 저어서 그 물결로 흉용케 하는 자니 내 이름은 만군의 여호와니라.
   For I am the LORD your God, who churns/stirs up the sea so that its waves roar-- the LORD Almighty is his name)
9. 무서울 때는 큰 소리를 내 보자.(여호와께서 자기를 위하여 경건한 자를 택하신 줄 너희가 알지어다 내가 부를 때에 여호와께서 들으시리로다. Know that the Lord has set apart his faithful servant for himself; the Lord hears when I call to him.하나님이여 나의 근심하는 소리를 들으시고 원수의 두려움에서 나의 생명을 보존하소서. Hear me, my God, as I voice my complaint; protect my life from the threat of the enemy. 너는 내게 부르짖으라 내가 네게 응답하겠고 네가 알지 못하는 크고 비밀한 일을 네게 보이리라 Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know. 내가 너로 너와 네 모든 친구에게 두려움이 되게 하리니 그들이 그 원수의 칼에 엎드러질 것이요 네 눈은 그것을 볼 것이며 'I will make you a terror to yourself and to all your friends; with your own eyes you will see them fall by the sword of their enemies.)
10. 모르는 것을 물어보는 것도 용기란다.(너희 중에 누구든지 지혜가 부족하거든 모든 사람에게 후히 주시고 꾸짖지 아니하시는 하나님께 구하라 그리하면 주시리라. If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah-jireh. 내가 또 너희에게 이르노니 구하라 그러면 너희에게 주실 것이요 찾으라 그러면 찾을 것이요 문을 두드리라 그러면 너희에게 열릴 것이니 구하는 이마다 받을 것이요 찾는 이가 찾을 것이요 두드리는 이에게 열릴 것이니라. "So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.10 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.)
11. 남의 비웃음에 신경 쓰지 말아라.(여호와는 나의 빛이요 나의 구원이시니 내가 누구를 두려워하리요. The LORD is my light and my salvation-- whom shall I fear? 오직 여호와가 네게 영영한 빛이 되며 네 하나님이 네 영광이 되리니. for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory 나를 인하여 너희를 욕하고 핍박하고 거짓으로 너희를 거스려 모든 악한 말을 할 때에는 너희에게 복이 있나니 기뻐하고 즐거워하라 하늘에서 너희의 상이 큼이라 "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven)
12. 넌 훌륭한 사람이야. (오직 너희는 택하신 족속이요 왕 같은 제사장들이요 거룩한 나라요 그의 소유된 백성이니 이는 너희를 어두운데서 불러 내어 그의 기이한 빛에 들어가게 하신 자의 아름다운 덕을 선전하게 하려 하심이라. But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.. 우리는 그의 만드신바라 그리스도 예수 안에서 선한 일을 위하여 지으심을 받은 자니. For we are God's workmanship/masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus to do good works. 내가 주께 감사하옴은 나를 지으심이 신묘막측하심이라 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;)
13. 부드러운 네가 참 좋아. (온유한 자는 복이 있나니 저희가 땅을 기업으로 받을 것임이요. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. 유순한 대답은 분노를 쉬게 하여도 과격한 말은 노를 격동하느니라. A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. 온유한 자를 공의로 지도하심이여 온유한 자에게 그 도를 가르치시리로다. He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way)
14. 웃으면서 이야기할 때가 올 거야. (내가 옛날을 기억하고 주의 모든 행하신 것을 묵상하며 주의 손의 행사를 생각하고. I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done. 사십년 동안을 들에서 기르시되 결핍함이 없게 하시므로 그 옷이 해어지지 아니하였고 발이 부릍지 아니하였사오며. For forty years you sustained them in the desert; they lacked nothing, their clothes did not wear out nor did their feet become swollen.예수께서 가라사대 내 말이 네가 믿으면 하나님의 영광을 보리라 하지 아니하였느냐 하신대 Then Jesus said, "Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?")
